You'll feel more energetic, refreshed, ready to take on the world. We'll set a series of small goals for you that will ultimately achieve your 'big' goal. That goal might change as you see what you and your body are capable of doing.
I'm glad you found me! My name is Bridget Ochoa, but I prefer Brie. I have 4 children, one in the US Army (Army Strong) and the other 3 running around and keeping me healthy. I began working out at the age of 14 to stay slim. What 14 year old needs to go to a gym to stay slim. They should be running around outside killing daylight. That experience lead me to many trials, errors, and successes to become who I am today...a Personal Trainer. Working out and eating clean have always been a passion of mine. I have been AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) certified in both Personal Training and Group Exercise since 1996 (I currently teach bodyworks, cycling, and aqua). I have competed on the figure stage and plan on making another appearance. Currently I am working on a course in Nutrition Fundamentals and will go further with my healthy eating studies to expand my knowledge of foods to bring this information to you. Yearly, I earn continuing education units to maintain my certifications, but also to grow as a trainer. I eat, sleep, breathe a Healthy lifestyle, let me show you the way!
